Jist\u011b, jedn\u00e1 se o zdaleka nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed planetu, av\u0161ak jde o plynn\u00e9ho obra se skute\u010dn\u011b silnou vrstvou atmosf\u00e9ry, kter\u00e1 by ka\u017ed\u00fd asteroid zni\u010dila d\u00e1vno p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e by dopadl na povrch. Jak je tedy z\u00edskal?\u00a0Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed, \u017ee si je jednodu\u0161e p\u0159it\u00e1hl. Mezi Marsem a Jupiterem se nach\u00e1z\u00ed oblast, naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 p\u00e1s asteroid\u016f. Zde se nach\u00e1z\u00ed jejich pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1 koncentrace. A vzhledem k\u00a0velikosti a hmotnosti Jupiteru je pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee si \u010das od \u010dasu n\u011bkter\u00fd z\u00a0nich p\u0159it\u00e1hne, aby se stal jeho souputn\u00edkem.\u00a0\u00a0Pravdou v\u0161ak je, \u017ee zde najdeme dva typy m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, vnit\u0159n\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ty vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed d\u00e1l od planety a je pro n\u011b charakteristick\u00e9 to, \u017ee jsou pouze do\u010dasn\u00e9. Jupiter si je sice p\u0159it\u00e1hl, av\u0161ak nejsou tak bl\u00edzko, aby se dostaly pod pln\u00fd gravita\u010dn\u00ed vliv. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jej po \u010dase opust\u00ed a vydaj\u00ed se na vlastn\u00ed cestu vesm\u00edrem.\u00a0Vnit\u0159n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce jsou pak st\u00e1l\u00e9. Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se tak bl\u00edzko Jupiteru, \u017ee jeho gravita\u010dn\u00ed vliv nemohou opustit. A jsou to pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto, kter\u00e9 obdr\u017eely skute\u010dn\u00e1 jm\u00e9na nam\u00edsto pouze \u010d\u00edsel a zkratek. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 z\u00a0nich m\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b svou vlastn\u00ed charakteristiku, a mnoh\u00e9 z\u00a0nich by mohly b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za jin\u00fdch podm\u00ednek za plnohodnotn\u00e9 planety. Takto v\u0161ak maj\u00ed pouze status m\u011bs\u00edce.\u00a0Je to rozhodn\u011b pozoruhodn\u00fd proces, a prozrazuje n\u00e1m mnoh\u00e9 o tom, jak se utv\u00e1\u0159ela i na\u0161e planeta.
